Recruitment Rules
Recruitment for study mobility is competitive and is organized by the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator twice during the academic year. The standard recruitment period is March-April (recruitment for both semesters of the next academic year). Additional recruitment period is October (recruitment only for the summer semester of the current academic year).
Recruitment for internship mobility is continuous.
Students are selected for the mobility by the Faculty Qualification Committee appointed by the Dean.
Recruitment Stages
- An information meeting for interested students (the meeting date is announced on the faculty website and on faculty social media),
- Submission of required documents to the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator,
- Initial selection for the mobility period, conducted by the Faculty Qualification Committee,
- Submission of the faculty qualification report to the International Exchange Section,
- Final selection at the university level, conducted by the International Exchange Section (university nomination),
- Application to the selected partner university, including the possible need to submit additional documents,
- Acceptance by the selected foreign university.
The final decision to refer a student to study or undertake an internship under the Erasmus+ program is made by the Rector. The host university decides whether to admit a student qualified by the Committee based on its own criteria.
Semester Credit
Upon returning from an academic exchange, each student is required to report immediately (within a week of their return) to the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator and submit a document issued by the host university confirming completion of the courses included in the Learning Agreement.
Credit for the semester completed at the partner university is awarded by the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs and Academic Affairs at the request of the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator, after the student has submitted their results of study abroad.
Information about completing studies or internships under the Erasmus+ program is included in the diploma supplement.
If the requirements specified before departure in the Learning Agreement and the additional crediting requirements are not met, the student must be prepared to face academic consequences (e.g., repeating the semester) and financial consequences (e.g., repayment of part or all of the scholarship). Failure to contact the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator and failure to submit study results within a week of return will automatically be considered a semester failure.
