Required Documents
Study Abroad
Students applying to study abroad must select a host institution from the list of partner universities available on the International Exchange Section’s website: https://www.polsl.pl/rn3-1-dwz-swm/en/partner-universities/ When making a selection, students should refer to the information in the last column of the list, specifically the designation of the foreign university as a partner of the Faculty of Civil Engineering (marked RB).
Students may download the documents required for studying abroad in electronic form from the International Exchange Section’s website: https://www.polsl.pl/rn3-1-dwz-swm/student-aplikowanie-pl/
After completing and signing the documents, the student submits them as hard copies or sends scanned copies to the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator (rb.erasmus@polsl.pl).
A student preliminarily qualified for a study abroad program independently determines the list of courses they intend to take abroad (Learning Agreement form). The list is subject to approval by the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator and the Coordinator at the host institution.
All necessary changes to the Learning Agreement agreed upon prior to departure and made during the mobility period must also be approved by the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator and the Coordinator from the host institution (Changes to Learning Agreement form).
Credit recognition for the semester during which the student studied abroad is granted by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Education upon the request of the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator, after the student submits a list of grades obtained abroad (Results of Study Abroad).
Internship Abroad
A student applying to go abroad for an internship at a foreign company is required to find the company independently and agree on the terms of the internship. The business profile of the foreign company hosting the student for the internship should align with the student’s field of study.
The documents required for the internship trip can be downloaded in electronic form from the International Exchange Section’s website: https://www.polsl.pl/rn3-1-dwz-swm/student-aplikowanie-pl/
After completing and signing the documents, the student submits them as hard copies or sends scanned copies to the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator (rb.erasmus@polsl.pl).
Credit for the semester during which the student completed the internship abroad is granted by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Education upon request from the Faculty Erasmus+ Program Coordinator, after the student has submitted confirmation of the internship.
