The Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology conducts research covering a range of issues corresponding to the area of ​​education in the field of technical sciences, in the disciplines of architecture and urban planning as well as visual arts and conservation of works of art.

I. Urban planning and spatial planning

II. Protection and revitalization of cultural heritage

• multifunctional spatial and functional structures – adaptation and creation of architectural objects in the context of a town and region, in historical and contemporary terms,
