TalentDetector2025_Summer
On June 23, 2025, the eleventh International Student Scientific Conference, TalentDetector2025_Summer, was held at the Hotel Kotarz Spa & Wellness in Brenna.
The conference provided an opportunity to present projects conducted by Student Research Groups, doctoral dissertations, and teams implementing projects related to project-based learning (PBL) within the Excellence Initiative – Research University program at the Silesian University of Technology, EURECA-PRO projects, and international cooperation within ERASMUS+ and the International Visegrad Foundation.
143 participants from China, Ethiopia, Ghana, Georgia, Iran, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, and Poland presented 87 scientific articles. The conference proceedings were published as monographs.
During the conference, the TalentDetector2025 award winner was Professor Miroslava Ťavodová from the Technical University of Zvolen in Slovakia.
The conference on June 21-22, 2025 was accompanied by an International TalentDetector Scientific Seminar presenting the results of Project Based Learning conducted with students and secondary school students collaborating with foreign Universities in Zilina and Zvolen.
