Dear Participants,
Thank you for registering for the conference and for submitting your abstract.You will be asked to present your poster in a 2.5- minute speech at the conference.In order to present a poster, you are required to prepare a PDF file according to the PowerPoint template.
Please follow the specified structure and instructions in the template and export the PowerPoint presentation as a PDF document.
Please note that the file size is limited to 500 MBc
Poster (PDF file) has to be sent by e-mail to: htic.conference@gmail.com before September, 15th. In case a PDF file (poster) does not meet the specified conditions, the Organising Committee can ask you to edit it and send it once again.

Important Information
Participation fees apply only to authors submitting an abstract and presenting a poster during the Biomedical Engineering Conference (26 October 2026).
Attendance without a presentation is free of charge.
Registration Policy
Due to limited venue capacity, registration does not automatically guarantee participation.
Only participants who receive an official confirmation e-mail from the Organizing Committee are officially registered and guaranteed a place at the conference.

If you sign up for the conference to take part in the e-poster session, you will be asked to give a 2.5-minute speech about your poster at the conference.
To present a poster, you need to prepare a PDF file using the PowerPoint template.
Please follow the instructions in the template.
Please remember that the file size cannot be more than 500 MB.
The poster (in PDF file) should be e-mailed to: htic.conference@gmail.com no later October, 15th. Should a PDF file (poster) fail to meet the specified conditions, the Organising Committee may request that you make the necessary edits and resubmit it.
