We are pleased to announce that the upcoming edition of the HTIC 2026 Conference will take place under a new name, the HealthTech & Forensic Innovation Conference, and in a new format. This marks a new chapter in the history of our event.
The previous format, which focused on innovations in medical technologies, is being expanded to include the rapidly growing field of forensic engineering.

Poster Session
Dear Conference Participants,
Thank you for registering for the Conference and for submitting your abstract.You will be asked to present your poster during a 2.5 minutes speech at the Conference.To present a poster, presenters are required to prepare a PDF file according to the PowerPoint Template. Presenters are required to follow the specified structure and instructions in the template and export PowerPoint presentation to PDF document. The file size is limited to 500 MB.
Poster (PDF file) has to be sent via e-mail to: htic.conference@gmail.com before September, 15th. In case a PDF file (poster) does not meet the specified conditions, the Organising Committee can ask you to edit it and send it once again.

Full participation fee *
750 PLN/180 EUR
The fee includes participation in all conference sessions, a conference kit, proceedings, abstract presentation and publication, coffee breaks and refreshments, lunches and dinner at the venue *with participation in the Gala Dinner, but does not include accommodation.
