Celem konferencji jest stworzenie przestrzeni do naukowej i eksperckiej dyskusji nad bezpieczeństwem transportu w środowisku, w którym decyzje operacyjne, techniczne i organizacyjne są coraz częściej wspierane przez dane, algorytmy oraz systemy automatyczne. Szczególne znaczenie będą miały zagadnienia związane z nadzorem nad ruchem, eksploatacją, infrastrukturą, personelem oraz odpornością systemów transportowych na zakłócenia i sytuacje kryzysowe.
W centrum zainteresowania znajdą się technologie i metody, które realnie wpływają na funkcjonowanie współczesnego transportu: systemy bezzałogowe, sztuczna inteligencja, narzędzia cyfrowego wspomagania decyzji, diagnostyka techniczna, technologie symulacyjne, cyberbezpieczeństwo oraz zarządzanie incydentami. Szczególnie cenione będą wystąpienia prezentujące związek między wynikami badań naukowych, wdrożeniami technologicznymi oraz praktyką operacyjną.
W programie konferencji przewidziano również sesję doktorancką pt. „Transport przyszłości oczami młodych naukowców”. Sesja skierowana jest do doktorantów oraz młodych badaczy prowadzących badania w obszarach bezpieczeństwa transportu, eksploatacji, diagnostyki, sztucznej inteligencji, infrastruktury, technologii transportowych oraz roli człowieka w systemach transportowych. Celem sesji doktoranckiej jest umożliwienie prezentacji wyników badań, założeń rozpraw doktorskich, przyjętych metod badawczych oraz problemów pojawiających się w toku realizacji pracy naukowej. Uczestnicy będą mieli możliwość przedyskutowania swoich koncepcji z ekspertami, uzyskania merytorycznych uwag oraz nawiązania kontaktów z osobami prowadzącymi badania w pokrewnych obszarach.
Konferencja będzie okazją do prezentacji rozwiązań wspierających bezpieczeństwo transportu, zarówno w wymiarze naukowym, jak i praktycznym. The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for academic and expert discussion on transport safety in an environment where operational, technical and organisational decisions are increasingly supported by data, algorithms and automated systems. Particular emphasis will be placed on issues relating to traffic management, operations, infrastructure, personnel and the resilience of transport systems to disruptions and crisis situations.
The focus will be on technologies and methods that have a tangible impact on the functioning of modern transport: unmanned systems, artificial intelligence, digital decision-support tools, technical diagnostics, simulation technologies, cybersecurity and incident management. Presentations demonstrating the link between research findings, technological implementations and operational practice will be particularly valued.
The conference programme also includes a PhD session entitled ‘The future of transport through the eyes of young scientists’. This session is aimed at PhD students and young researchers conducting research in the fields of transport safety, operations, diagnostics, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, transport technologies and the role of humans in transport systems. The aim of the PhD session is to provide an opportunity to present research findings, the objectives of doctoral theses, the research methods employed, and the challenges encountered during the course of academic work. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss their ideas with experts, receive constructive feedback and network with researchers working in related fields.
The conference will provide an opportunity to present solutions that support transport safety, both from a scientific and a practical perspective. We are keen to facilitate the exchange of experiences regarding technologies, procedures, organisational methods and decision-making tools that are applied in the day-to-day operation of transport systems.
We invite representatives from academia, public administration, transport regulatory bodies, the aviation sector, transport companies, infrastructure managers, safety authorities and anyone interested in the development of safe, modern and resilient transport to participate. We believe that the conference will provide a forum for open discussion on the future direction of transport systems in the face of new technological, organisational and regulatory challenges. It will also be an opportunity to foster cooperation between academia, government, industry and transport practitioners.
