Honorable Mention for Our Student in the PTM Competition

Our graduate, mgr Ireneusz Sobstyl, received a distinction in the LXVII competition of the Polish Mathematical Society for the best student work named after Józef Marcinkiewicz. The title of the master's thesis is "Local embeddability of metric groups". The supervisor was prof. dr hab. Aleksander Iwanow. More information can be found on the website konkursu.

Currently, mgr Ireneusz Sobstyl is a PhD student at the Doctoral School at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
