X Urszula Marciniak Memorial - logic puzzle competition at the Silesian University of Technology
The Upper Silesian Final brings together the best participants from the region for a joint competition held at the Silesian University of Technology. Each age category competes on dedicated sets of problems, and the winners receive certificates and prizes.
On Saturday 21 March 2026, the 10th Upper Silesian Final of the Urszula Marciniak Memorial will take place in Room D of the Silesian University of Technology’s Education and Congress Centre. The competition commemorates Urszula Marciniak, a mathematician and populariser of puzzles, and founder of LOGI Publishing. The main organisers are the Wrocław Mathematicians’ Foundation and LOGI Publishing House from Warsaw. The Upper Silesian edition of the competition is held under the patronage of His Magnificence the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology, Prof. Dr Hab. Eng. Marek Pawełczyk.
