The goal of this special session aims at providing a specific opportunity to review the state-of-the-art of CI methods and bringing together researchers in the relevant areas to discuss the latest progress, new research methodologies and potential research topics. The selected papers will be beneficial to both academia and industry, for delivering the latest research results and inspiring new directions to study. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Innovative architectures with embedded CI for Big Data analytics in healthcare
- CI-based methods for wearable health informatics
- Intelligent human-machine interaction in online medical services
- Intelligent recommender system in public health decisions for sentiment analysis and information filtering
- Intelligent robotics and unmanned systems in epidemic hospitals
- Health data collection and CI-based analysis
- Fuzzy logic in Big Data medicine
- Neural Networks in classification of medical data for Big Data healthcare analysis
- Fuzzy deep learning models for feature extraction of COVID-19
- Fuzzy sets method and system with evolutionary algorithm for patient planning and health services
- CI technology for large scale imbalanced data
- Improved CI algorithms for multimodality neuroimaging data fusion systems
- Real-world CI applications for biomedical data and imaging
Submissions
Papers should be submitted following the instructions at the IEEE CEC 2021 web site. Please select the main research topic as the Special Session on “Computational Intelligence for Big Data Medicine and Healthcare Analysis”. All papers accepted and presented at CEC2021 will be included in the conference proceedings published by IEEE Explore, which are typically indexed by EI.
