The speech is devoted to the problems and experience in the field of determining the lifetime of ultralight manned helicopters. The next questions will be considered:
🔴 approaches to strength analysis and tests of parts of different helicopter classes,
🔴 sequence of performing tests to determine typical loads in different flight modes,
🔴 short analysis of the blade load records in flight,
🔴determination of the equivalent loads,
🔴 data preparation and performance of ground tests for blade fatigue,
🔴 methodology for calculating the lifetime based on the results of ground tests.

🔵Vitaly Dudnik🔵 graduated from Kharkiv Aviation University with a specialization Design and Manufacturing of Helicopters. Participated in design and research different international projects in the field of design, testing and application of rotоrcraft. He has been teaching at the Silesian University of Technology since 2018. For the last 8 years he has been working with the RS Helikopter company in Germany. Area of scientific interests: methods of design and optimization of small helicopters at the preliminary stage.
