Ceremonial presentation of medals on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Silesian University of Technology by the Rector
During the last Senate Meeting (23.06.2025), the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology presented this special award to selected employees of the Silesian University of Technology, including four employees of our Faculty.
Employees of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics who received the medals:
- prof. dr hab. inż. Marcin Woźniak (absent due to participation in the conference),
- dr hab. inż. Waldemar Hołubowski, prof. PŚ,
- dr hab. inż. Roman Wituła, prof. PŚ,
- dr inż. Rafał Brociek.
We congratulate all those honoured and are delighted that our Faculty is worthily represented in the academic community. The medals are a tribute to the commitment of our faculty members to the life of the University.
