Integration and Educational Hike of Logistics Students in the Beskidy Mountains
Third-year students of Logistics from the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Silesian University of Technology took part in an integration and educational hike in the Beskidy Mountains.
We arrived at the base of the Szyndzielnia cable car around noon, where our mountain trek began. The route led us through Szyndzielnia all the way to Błatnia, where an overnight stay was planned at the beautifully located Ranczo Błatnia.
The trip was not only a great opportunity to spend time actively in the fresh mountain air, but also to strengthen the bonds among students of our program. In the evening, we gathered around a campfire in a cozy mountain shelter, where we enjoyed group activities, conversations, singing, and team games. It was also a perfect moment to engage in discussions on logistics-related topics in an informal setting.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the organizers of the trip – our fellow students Ewelina Łuszcz and Natalia Sobik – for their outstanding effort and commitment in planning the event, as well as to our supervisors – Dr. Zbigniew Żebrucki and Dr. Mateusz Zaczyk – for their support, guidance, and motivation throughout the hike. Thanks to their involvement, the trip ran smoothly, safely, and in a very friendly and cooperative atmosphere.
