The Board of the Silesian Regional Group of IPMA Poland invites you to the last SGR IPMA meeting before the summer break, which will take place on Tuesday, June 9 at the Faculty of Organization and Management of the Silesian University of Technology (Roosevelta 26–28). The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM in Building A, room A121.

The topic of the meeting will be: “Mobbing and the Legal Protection of Whistleblowers.”
What is mobbing and what claims can an employee make against an employer when it occurs? How can a mobbing allegation be effectively raised, and how can one defend against such accusations? Who are well-known whistleblowers and what legal protections do they enjoy? What are the interrelations between mobbing and the legal protection of whistleblowers?

The meeting will be led by Attorney-at-law Adam Stanach – a lawyer specializing in commercial, financial, fiscal criminal, and labor law. On a daily basis, he cooperates with entities from the transport, tourism, and HoReCa sectors, as well as with industry associations of entrepreneurs and employers.
