Prestigious Award for Prof. Aleksandra Kuzior

Prof. Aleksandra Kuzior, Dean of the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Silesian University of Technology, has been awarded the title of Polish Congress Ambassador. This prestigious recognition is granted to individuals who have significantly contributed to bringing renowned international scientific and industry events to Poland.

The award was presented during a gala held on April 16, jointly organized by the Polish Tourism Organisation, the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, the Mazovia Convention Bureau, and the Warsaw Convention Bureau. The ceremony took place in the picturesque concert halls of the Tadeusz Sygietyński State Folk Song and Dance Ensemble "Mazowsze" in Karolin near Warsaw. The event was attended by Prof. Marek Pawełczyk, Rector of the Silesian University of Technology, who is currently serving his second term as Chair of the Council of the Polish Congress Ambassadors Programme.

This recognition affirms that we can continue to enhance the effectiveness of our efforts to promote our region as a hub for business, education, culture, and tourism. I strongly believe that the Silesian University of Technology is one of the leading institutions in this endeavor," emphasized Prof. Aleksandra Kuzior.
