Aamir Saeed Malik
Presentation during the session – Data collection and analysis systems for football injury prevention using AI algorithms
Aamir Saeed Malik is currently serving as a professor at the Faculty of Information Technology (FIT) at Brno University of Technology (BUT) in the Czech Republic. He leads the Cognitive & Neural Engineering (CANE) Research Group at FIT, focusing on the intersection of cognitive science and neural engineering. With over 15 years of experience in neuroimaging, Professor Malik has made significant contributions to the analysis of brain signals. From 2009 to 2018, he was associated with the Malaysian National Centre on Neuroimaging. His research encompasses the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence models for analyzing data from brain signals, facial expressions, speech, text, and handwriting. He has authored 5 books and has co-authored over 150 international publications. His work is highly cited, with over 11,000 citations, reflecting its impact on scientific community.
