Our research interests focus on the development of innovative polymeric materials with potential biomedical applications, especially in drug delivery systems.
The group members specialize in the synthesis of the well-defined polymers, including pre- and post-polymerization modification. The studied polymers with diverse topologies and compositions offer specific properties such as amphiphilicity, multi-responsiveness, and biodegradability. From a biomedical aspect, they show selective cytotoxicity depending on the cell line character.
Our equipment facilities allow us to detailed physicochemical characteristics of the obtained polymers.
