Faculty of Civil Engineering

We cordially invite you to participate in the conference "Sustainability and Innovation in Civil Engineering: Perspectives from East and Central Europe", which will be held online on June 2, 2026. The conference is organized by the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology and the University of Georgia in Tbilisi.

Participation is free of charge.

The conference will focus on sustainable development and innovative technologies in construction, with a particular emphasis on research and current challenges in the Central and Eastern European region.

Its goal is to create a platform for discussion on key challenges and strategies supporting the development of ecological and efficient solutions in construction. The event will serve as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experiences between representatives of Central and Eastern European countries and will also foster the establishment of new research partnerships. The conference serves as a form of professional development – ​​each participant will receive an official certificate of participation.
