Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Open Day of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice
On November 8, 2023, the first of the scheduled Open Days of the Silesian University of Technology this academic year was held. Subsequent Open Days will be held in Katowice (November 15, 2023), Zabrze (November 22, 2023) and Rybnik (November 29, 2023). The Gliwice Open Day was full of interesting events taking place at the university - meetings of people interested in studying at Silesian University of Technology in the Education and Congress Center, presentations of departments and activities of Student Scientific Circles. There was also a lot going on at the Faculty of Civil Engineering - we were visited by an unusually large group of people interested in studying at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. All the participants of the visit were treated to presentations prepared by the Student Scientific Circles: CONSTRUCTION OVERVIEW, BUILD GREEN, TARMAC and SZCZEBLINA. An extremely important part of the faculty event was the presentation of the Laboratory. Representatives of the Student Government and Student Scientific Circles representing the Department of Construction at CEK did a great job - the Department's booth was under a real siege of people interested in studying construction! We would like to thank all the people involved - staff and students of the Department, who joined in the organization of this great promotion of the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
