Marcin Kozlowski, Ph.D., professor of Silesian University, received the IAAM Scientist medal
During the Baltic Fellow Summit scientific conference, organized by the Swedish International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM) in Stockholm on August 28-31, 2023, our employee Dr. Marcin Kozlowski, Prof. PŚ gave a lecture entitled "Innovative solution for improved post-breakage safety of point-fixed laminated glass". The presented research results were produced as part of the research project "Innovative solution for point-fixed laminated glass with improved post-breakage safety of glass" (LIDER/34/0125/L-11/19/NCBR/2020) funded by the National Center for Research and Development (NCBR) under the LIDER XI program (2021-2024).
During the symposium, Marcin Kozlowski, Ph.D., Prof. PŚ, was awarded the IAAM Scientist Medal in recognition of his contributions to the field of "Structural & Engineering Materials." The award was given by the scientific committee of the International Association of Advanced Materials organization based in Ulrika, Sweden.
