Another edition of the Junior and Senior Technical University is behind us. On Saturday, 19 March 2022, employees of the Department of Construction Processes and Building Physics: Dr Krzysztof Tykowski, Dr Arch. Ewa Terczyńska, Dr. Eng. Anita Pawlak-Jakubowska and Dr. Eng. Piotr Dudzik prepared and carried out an interactive workshop "What connects a spine, a bridge and a rover wandering on other planets".

During the workshop young science enthusiasts were introduced to the concept of tensegrity as a structural element in which tensile and compression elements are mutually stabilized. The end result was the construction of several geometric spatial structures, which workshop participants took home with them.
