Survey - evaluation of lecturers in the winter semester
In the coming days, the Faculty of Applied Mathematics will be conducting an evaluation of the instructors of classes that took place in the previous semester.
You can complete the survey from any computer connected to the Internet. Go to the survey system: ankieta.ms.polsl.pl/en
Tokens for the survey will be handed out during classes by Faculty employees. In the event of a student's absence when the tokens are handed out, it is possible to collect the token in room 502. There, please also report any omissions or errors in the list of academic teachers or subjects being evaluated.
Participation in the survey is completely voluntary and anonymous.
