Profesorowie z zaganicy na naszym Wydziale
W ostatnim czasie na naszym Wydziale Matematyki Stosowanej gościło dwóch Profesorów z zagranicy.
W dniach 7 - 9.05.2018 r. nasz Wydział odwiedził prof. Roman Kossak z Uniwersytetu w New York w Stanach Zjednoczonych. W dniu 8.05.2018 r. profesor wygłosił referat pt. "O zastosowaniach modeli niestandardowych".
Natomiast w dniach 14.05 - 18.05.2018 nasz Wydział gościł prof. Gustavo Fernandez-Alcober z Uniwersytetu Kraju Basków w Hiszpanii. Wizyta była kolejnym etapem trwającej od 2011 roku współpracy pomiędzy pracownikami obydwu jednostek. Podczas swojej wizyty w dniu 15.05.2018 r. profesor Fernandez-Acober wygłosił referat dla uczestników seminarium Zakładu Algebry zatytułowany "Commutators in finite p-groups with 2-generator derived subgroup".
Przy okazji tej wizyty została podpisana umowa z Uniwersytetem Kraju Basków na wyjazdy studentów w ramach programu Erasmus.
