Prof. Jerome Antoni,

Jerome Antoni received the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Technology of Compiegne, Compiegne, France, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree in signal processing from the Grenoble Institute of Technology, Grenoble, France, in 2000.

He currently holds a full professor position at the University of Lyon, Lyon, France. He is director of the Laboratory of Vibration and Acoustics. His current research addresses the development of signal processing methods in mechanical applications. This includes vibration-based condition monitoring and the resolution of inverse problems in acoustics and vibration.

Dr. Antoni served as a Handling Editor for the International Journal of Condition Monitoring, the International Journal of Rotating Machinery, and the Diagnostika. He is currently with the Editorial Board of the Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing and Applied Sciences.

An expert in the field of economic efficiency analysis of investments in automation systems, IT systems in the area of ​​production and supply chain management, robotization of industrial processes.

At the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, he conducts research on the impact of process automation on building a strategic advantage for production companies and the integration of industrial IT and automation systems.

Director of the Top 500 Innovators program, a also co-founder and chairman of US-Polish Trade Council (USPTC). The main purpose of the USPTC is to create a US - Poland Innovation Hub in the Silicon Valley, which is to support Polish companies trying to conquer international markets.

Dr Ibrahim Sever,

Dr. Ibrahim Sever  received his BSc (1996) and MSc (1999) from Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara, and, his PhD, where he studied mistuning and under-platform friction damping problems, from Imperial College London in 2004. He has been working for Rolls-Royce in Derby since 2004 and he is an Engineering Associate Fellow in Vibration and the Global Chief of Measurement & Analysis. His research interests cover a wide range of Structural Dynamics topics including model validation, nonlinear dynamics, full-field & non-contact measurement systems, dynamics of composites, engine data analysis/analytics and digital signal processing.

Andrzej Soldaty,

Andrzej Soldaty has associated most of his professional career with the area of ​​industrial automation. In the years 1986-1990, managing the Robotization Department at ROBRA "Chemoautomatyka", he participated in the development and implementation of pilot applications of industrial robots in the chemical industry, and also co-created a specialized manipulator for the plastics industry. The next 25 years he worked for Festo, a supplier of solutions and components for industrial automation. During this period, he participated in the development of a number of applications and the implementation of automation projects in various industry sectors. He participated in building and developing the Festo company in Poland, he also conducted international projects in the area of ​​Central and Eastern Europe. In 2010-2015 he was the President of the Management Board of Festo sp.z o.o.

From June 2016 to March 2019, he was an expert in the Industrial Transformation Team established at the Ministry of Development.

From March 2019 to December 2020, he was the President of the Management Board of the Future Industry Platform Foundation.

Andrzej Soldaty has a technical education in the field of mechanics and automation, but also completed doctoral studies in economics at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
