We build the future! Building Olympics under the watchful eyes of experts
On the morning of Saturday, March 1, 2025, the auditorium of the Public Building School in Bytom was buzzing - not because of construction work, but because of the excitement surrounding the 38th edition of the Olympiad of Building Knowledge and Skills.
As every year, future construction masters competed for the title of the best construction expert.
The Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology, which has been a faithful patron of the Olympiad in the Silesian region for many years, turned out in large numbers to support the young adepts in this tough but beautiful field.
Under the leadership of the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Education, Dr. Eng. Stefan Pradelok, the faculty team not only cheered on the participants, but also actively supported the organization of the event. Dr. Eng. Piotr Szczepaniak as the chairman of the committee ensured the smooth running of the competition, and Dr. Eng. Arch. Monika Sroka-Bizoń took care of the content and organization of the competition and gave an inspiring lecture "The story of 10 paintings".
We keep our fingers crossed for all the Olympians and remind you - if you want to build your future on solid foundations, the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology is the best place to start!
