The Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians Katowice Branch invites you to the fifth jubilee Scientific and Technical Conference "CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS ON MINING AREAS". The event will be held at the Siemianowice Cultural Center - Tradition Park in Siemianowice Śląskie - Michalkowice 12 Orzeszkowej St. on 26 ÷ 27 October 2023r. and on the e-learning platform and will be devoted to issues including: A PRACTICAL APPROACH TO ISSUES RELATED TO EXISTING AND DESIGNED FACILITIES IN MINING AND POST-MINING AREAS.

The conference will have a small character of a specialized training, intended for designers of general and industrial building structures, contractors, appraisers, building inspectors and scientific and technical staff.
The lectures will cover topics related to construction in mining and post-mining areas of Upper and Lower Silesia, the Lublin Mining Basin and the Lubin Mining Basin.
The aim of the conference is to expand knowledge, exchange experiences and integrate designers of general and industrial construction, contractors, experts and scientific and technical staff.
The conference will be attended by about 150 people from all over the country who are involved in the construction process in the mining and post-mining areas of our country, showing interest in construction in these areas and new technologies used in construction.
During the Conference, about 25 lectures will be delivered by prominent specialists from all over the country invited for this purpose. These lectures will be published in book and electronic form in an estimated quantity of more than 300 copies. , most of which will be given to the participants of the Conference, while the remainder will be distributed throughout the country.
