Task 9: Providing professional administrative support for conducting research
- establishment of the Shared Services Center
- establishment of the HR Department
- establishing University-wide and Key Projects Implementation Office
Expected financing: PLN 400,000
Task 13: Making the teaching workload more flexible
- introducing a transparent system of reducing the teaching load for people multiplying their scientific achievements and involved in the development of the University and managing large projects
Expected financing: PLN 18,000,000 zł (IDUB) + PLN 2,000,000
Task 24: Support for entrepreneurship and technology transfer
- financial and organizational support for establishing and running spin-off and spin-out companies
Expected financing: PLN 4,100,000 (IDUB) + PLN 500,000
Total funding of staff promotion: PLN 27,050,000
