Task 4: Accumulated financial investment in the development of internationalisation
- change of the internal algorithm for the distribution of subsidies - the use of at least 3 times greater shares of components related to internationalization than in the ministerial algorithm for calculating the subsidy for the University
- an increase in the subsidy allocated to units due to the increase in internationalization indicators and the costs of active promotion abroad: open schools, study visits, visits to secondary schools and universities abroad
Total financing: PLN 31,500,000 (IDUB) + PLN 5,250,000
Task 8: Submission of applications for international accreditations
- obtaining another 20 EUR-ACE Label accreditations
- obtaining three ABET accreditations
- accreditation of laboratories for each POB
Expected financing: PLN 3,200,000 (IDUB) + PLN 735,000
Task 12: Conclusion of double diploma and double doctorate agreements, as well as launching relevant programmes
- opening a college of studies in cooperation with a foreign university
- offering outstanding doctoral students of universities that research teams in which they could pursue a double doctorate
Expected financing: PLN 3,400,000 (IDUB) + PLN 200,000
Task 18: Inviting prominent international individuals who are currently implementing ERC grants, and laureates of most prestigious awards
- inviting outstanding people implementing ERC grants, at least 6 people a year (one for each POB)
- invitation to at least 3 laureates of top prizes, including the Nobel Prize and the Fields Medal
Expected financing: PLN 5 200 000 (IDUB) + PLN 715 000
Task 27: Financing at least 3-month internships in leading foreign research centres
- inviting outstanding people implementing ERC grants, at least 6 people a year (one for each POB)
Expected financing: PLN 6,100,000 (IDUB) + PLN 1,600,000
Total funding of internationalization: PLN 57,900,000
