Range of research:
Test loads of bridges and roads we have been doing for almost 20 years. Having a lot of experience, we examined more than 300 objects on Polish motorways, national roads and railways also high-speed >200 km/h. We work with many international construction corporations as Budimex, Mota-Engil Central Europe, Strabag, Dragados, Skanska, Intercor. The results and experience gained in the tests carried out by us are also used in our research activities. Our employees are proud of many publications in this field and several doctoral theses.
Accreditation No. AB 1407 issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, which is a signatory to an international agreement of the EA MLA.
The main research methods are:
- measurement of span deflections by means of clock, inductive and laser sensors, measurement of deformations by electrofusion and string strain gauges, measurement of settlement of supports by means of precise leveling and measurement of accelerations by means of accelerometers. The laboratory performs both static and dynamic tests, inspections and assessments of technical condition with material tests using non-destructive testing equipment.
- Evaluation of the impact of vibrations on buildings and people in accordance with PN-B-02170: 1985 and PN-B-02171: 1988.
- Evaluation of acoustic screens "in situ" in accordance with PN-ISO 10847: 2.
- Evaluation of noise coming from roads, railway lines, tram lines in accordance with Annex 3 to the Regulation Minister of the Environment of June 16, 2011
- Assessment of noise from installations, equipment and industrial plants in accordance with Annex 7 to the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 30/10/2014
Testing the properties of concrete components. Design and testing of the properties of concrete according to PN EN 206, including ordinary, self-absorbing concrete, fibrobetones, heavy concrete, light concrete, concrete with mineral additives, etc. Design and testing of concretes with special properties, e.g. with a rapid increase in strength, to the massive structure.
