Logistics Students Meet with Miebach Consulting to Discuss Modern Supply Chains
As part of the "Selected Diploma Scopes" course for part-time undergraduate Logistics students, a meeting was held with Miebach Consulting from Gliwice – an international consulting and engineering firm specializing in supply chain and logistics optimization.
The guest speaker was Piotr Stolarski, M.Sc. Eng., a Logistics graduate from our Faculty, who delivered a particularly engaging presentation on key areas of modern logistics:
- Supply Chain Strategy – Distribution Network Optimization, Profitability Analysis (ROI), and Strategic Planning.
- Logistics Engineering – Designing Logistics Centers and Warehouses, and Automating Production Processes (including AGV/AMR Systems).
- Digitalization and IT – System Integration, Advanced Analytics, Implementation of Modern Technologies.
- Sustainable Development – Ecological Optimization of Supply Chains.
The presentation was very engaging and allowed students to see how the theory acquired during their studies connects with business practice and real-world engineering projects. We would like to thank Miebach Consulting for the meeting and Mr. Piotr Stolarski for his inspiring speech and time.
