New Researcher at the Faculty of Organization and Management as Part of the KRASP and Elsevier Program
In November 2025, Nataliia Letunovska—a young researcher, PhD in economics, and academic at Sumy State University—began a research internship at the Faculty of Organization and Management.
Nataliia Letunovska was awarded the KRASP and Elsevier scholarship through a competitive selection process. Her research supervisor during the internship is Dr. habil. Aleksandra Kuzior, professor at the Silesian University of Technology and Dean of the Faculty of Organization and Management.
As part of her postdoctoral work, the scholarship holder investigates how people make purchasing decisions and what motivates them to choose sustainable product alternatives. Her projects combine behavioral methods with neurotechnology to gain deeper insights into consumer responses.
The internship at the Silesian University of Technology will focus on analyzing video advertisements for health-promoting products. Using the tools of a behavioral laboratory, she will study how viewers perceive different message formats and which elements are most effective in motivating them to choose sustainable alternatives to consumer products. The results are expected to contribute to the development of clearer and scientifically grounded communication strategies.
