- Master's degree in electronics specialization microelectronics completed in october 1995 (thesis: Influence of the conditions of dopant emulsion application on the sheet resistance distribution on the silicon wafer surface
- PhD thesis Analysis of planar diffusion processes in semiconductors from selected sources of dopants (supervisor Sławomir Kończak, Prof., PhD, DSc) defended 16th October 2001

- Diffusion doping of semiconductors from spin-on and spray-on sources of dopants
- Technologies for the production of photovoltaic cells
- The use of Ni-P layers in photovoltaics and sensor technology
- Selective production of coductive and resistive layers

- Author of 24 scientific publications in Polish and foreign journals and over 50 presentations at national and international conferences
- Co-authorship of 5 scripts for students
- Works in the organizing committee of 3 international conferences IMAPS (in years: 2003, 2009 and 2018)
- Organization and coordination of workshops for students of secondary schools under the name „Kalejdoskop Elektroniki” (since 2017)
- Works in the organizing committee of the nationwide competition „Elektronika – by żyło się łatwiej” (since 2018)
- Member of the Polish Society of Theoretical and Applied Electrical Engineering (Polish name: PTETiS)
