Dear Partners and Colleagues,
Once again, it is our pleasure to invite colleagues from our partner institutions worldwide (university educators, professors, lecturers, and international relations officers) to the Silesian University of Technology International Staff Week, which will take place in Gliwice, Poland, from June 30 to July 4, 2025.
This year’s program will feature a dynamic mix of networking opportunities, academic sessions, and soft skills workshops. Participants will have the chance to:
✔ Engage in scientific writing workshops, including discussions on AI, quality, and ethics in research
✔ Take part in soft skills training covering critical thinking and stress management
✔ Join poster sessions and presentations from doctoral students involved in international projects
✔ Discover our university’s involvement in EURECA-PRO
✔ Enjoy a full-day cultural trip and networking events, including a welcome dinner and grill party

All fees are covered by SUT
If a participant does not receive any financial support from SUT or their home institution, travel and accommodation costs shall be covered by the participant themselves.

Staff interested in joining our International Staff Training Week with a grant from the Erasmus+ KA171 program should contact their home university's international office to learn more about available spots.
More information about the Erasmus+ KA171 program and a list of our current partner universities can be found HERE.
If you are a recipient of a KA171 grant, your scholarship will be paid after your arrival.
