Department of Industrial Informatics

With great joy and pride, we are pleased to announce that Prof. Bożena Gajdzik, employed in the Department of Industrial Informatics at the Faculty of Materials Engineering and Industrial Digitalization, has been awarded the highest academic distinction – the title of Professor of Engineering and Technical Sciences.

The decision of the President of the Republic of Poland to confer the title of professor is an official recognition of Professor Gajdzik’s outstanding scientific achievements. For several years, she has been ranked among the world's leading scientists in the Stanford University and Elsevier ranking – World’s Top 2% Scientists.

Professor Bożena Gajdzik’s scientific accomplishments (ORCID: 0000-0002-0408-1691) constitute a significant contribution to the advancement of science and serve as an inspiring example of the pursuit of academic excellence. Professor Gajdzik is the author or co-author of more than 700 scientific publications and 33 books, including thematic monographs devoted to the transformation of industry within the field of engineering and technical sciences.
