The field of industrial informatics (practical profile) is integrated and covers a number of fields of study traditionally conducted at technical universities. In addition to computer science, it partially covers issues related to materials engineering, robotics, electrical engineering as well as electronics and telecommunications.
The main goal of studies in this field is to educate IT engineers with a practical profile, able to later function effectively in the industrial sphere, as well as to work in general engineering positions, interdisciplinary, but also able to easily adapt to standard systems related to computer science and production engineering.
Graduates of industrial computer science (practical profile) can work both in positions traditionally intended for an IT engineer, as well as in other engineering positions in industry.
