8th Silesian Science Festival
On December 7-9 at the International Congress Center in Katowice, another edition of the annual science festival, the 8th Silesian Science Festival Katowice, was held. The eponymous festival was the culmination of a whole year of celebration of the granting of the title of European City of Science 2024 to Katowice. Almost 200 demonstration stands were on display during the festival, where there was no shortage of employees of Our Department! Our Department was represented by Dr.. Joanna Lisok, Dr. Maciej Sajkowski, Dr. Adrian Smagór, Dr. Katarzyna Gawryś and Dr. Grzegorz Kopeć. The employees of Our Department prepared, among others, two demonstrations with the titles “Interactive network communication” and “Mobile robots in their natural environment - Smart Factory and Smart City”.
