Biomedical Engineering Discipline Receives A-Level Research Rating
We are pleased to announce that, by decision of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of July 22, 2026, the biomedical engineering discipline at the Silesian University of Technology has been awarded an A-level rating in the evaluation of research activities for the years 2022-2025.
The scientists and research infrastructure of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering are key components of the research conducted in the BE discipline, so we have reason to be happy and proud.
The discipline achieved significantly better results than in the previous evaluation period. Still, we are not slowing down, and together with scientists from other units of the Silesian University of Technology, we are working to improve the quality of our research further and disseminate its results.
