Nowe granty / New Grants
W grudniu 2022 r. Narodowe Centrum Nauki ogłosiło wyniki konkursów grantowych. Finansowanie w ramach POB3 uzyskały następujące projekty:
1) Poprawa odporności na pękanie stali średniomanganowych na odkuwki pracujących w warunkach obciążeń statycznych, dynamicznych i cyklicznych za pomocą dyspersyjnego austenitu szczątkowego stabilizowanego przez redystrybucję pierwiastków - kierownik projektu prof. Adam Grajcar
2) Wpływ mikroobróbki laserowej zdekoncentrowaną wiązką fotonów na strukturę oraz formację faz cienkich warstw układu TiAu dla materiałów do kontaktu z krwią - kierownik projektu mgr inż. Oktawian Bialas
3) Triplet harvesting w okamgnieniu: Ukryte mechanizmy luminescencji poza sprzężeniem spin-orbita w kompleksach irydu(III) - kierownik projektu dr inż. Piotr Henryk Pander

In December 2022, National Science Center announced the results of the grant calls. Funding within POB3 was awarded to the following projects:
1) Improving the fracture resistance of forging medium manganese steel under static, dynamic and cyclic loading conditions by means of fine-dispersed, partitioning-stabilized retained austenite - PI Prof. Adam Grajcar
2) The influence of laser microprocessing with a deconcentrated photon beam on the structure and phase formation of TiAu thin films for blood contact materials - PI Mr Oktawian Bialas
3) Triplet harvesting in the blink of an eye: Hidden luminescence mechanisms beyond spin-orbit coupling in iridium(III) complexes - PI Dr Piotr Henryk Pander
