Faculty of Organization and Management

We are proud to announce that the first cohort of graduates of the Cognitive Technologies and Social Media degree programme at the Faculty of Organization and Management of the Silesian University of Technology is entering the job market. These young professionals are prepared to work in a world where digital technologies, communication and the analysis of user behaviour play a key role in the development of organizations and society.

The programme stands out for its unique interdisciplinary approach, combining elements of cognitive science, social sciences, communication and the analysis of new technologies. As a result, students acquire competencies that enable them not only to understand contemporary media and communication processes, but also to analyse the impact of digital transformation on people, organizations and society.

During their studies, future graduates develop skills highly valued by employers, including critical thinking, data and user behaviour analysis, digital communication design, social research and the assessment of the effects of implementing new technologies. They applied this knowledge in numerous bachelor’s degree projects devoted, among other topics, to social media, digital communication, user experience and the social consequences of technological development.

We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to our first graduates on completing their studies. We are confident that the knowledge they have acquired, their analytical skills and their understanding of contemporary technological and social processes will provide a strong foundation for their future professional and academic careers.
