LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
A copy of the diploma of completion of second-cycle (Master’s) studies or long-cycle Master’s studies, or a diploma referred to in Art. 326(2)(2) or Art. 327(2) of the Act, which entitles the holder to apply for the doctoral degree in the country whose higher education system includes the issuing institution – certified by the Central Recruitment Committee;
If the diploma referred to in point 1 does not confirm proficiency in English at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR):
a) a certified copy of another diploma confirming English proficiency at this level, or
b) a certified copy of a certificate confirming English proficiency at this level, if the candidate applies for recognition of English knowledge on that basis;A preliminary concept of the doctoral dissertation prepared according to the template specified in Annex No. 2 to the Admission Regulations;
Curriculum Vitae (professional résumé);
A current photograph of the candidate (in both electronic and printed form), compliant with the requirements for identity cards/passports;
A declaration from the candidate’s chosen supervisor, prepared according to the template specified in Annex No. 3 to the Admission Regulations;
Documents confirming the candidate’s academic achievements:
a) scientific publications,
b) presentations delivered at scientific conferences,
c) participation in research projects,
d) activity in scientific circles and organizations,
e) obtained patents and patent applications,
f) received awards and distinctions,
g) received ministerial scholarships for outstanding achievements,
h) domestic and international internships and placements,
i) additional university degrees, postgraduate studies, acquired certifications, completed specialist courses;A declaration of no contraindications to undertaking education, prepared according to the template in Annex No. 5 to the Admission Regulations;
A declaration of the candidate’s status, prepared according to the template in Annex No. 4 to the Admission Regulations.
