Extension of the deadline for submission of doctoral theses
In order to obtain approval, the PhD student must submit three documents:
- an application with justification,
- an opinion from the supervisor indicating the need for an extension,
- Individual Research Plan revised in the part concerning the deadline for submission of the thesis.
Applications of doctoral students are accepted at the Doctoral School until 30.06.2026.
At the same time, we would like to remind you that the extension of the deadline for the submission of PhD theses is not tantamount to an extension of PhD funding. As stipulated in the regulations, an extension of the PhD is possible in special cases.
The doctoral student is required to submit the clearance form before submitting the doctoral dissertation.
