Faculty of Biomedical Engineering

We are pleased to inform you that the biomedical engineering field conducted at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology has obtained the Certificate of Education Excellence in the category "Excellent field - excellence in education". The Certificate was given by the Presidium of the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA) on February 23, 2023. The decision resulted from the PKA visit, which took place in 2022 and included accreditation for 2016-2022.

PKA awards about 20 certificates a year, which apply to all universities in Poland and all fields of study related to all science areas, proving the distinction's importance.

Congratulations to everyone who contributed to this success with their diligent and professional work! In addition to the positive substantive assessment, the PKA committee emphasized the passion and excellent atmosphere noted during meetings with teachers and students.
