Graduates of the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology – Patrycja Baran, Agata Goleśna and Julia Wild, became laureates of the Competition organized by the National Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning “Common Space is a Value”.
The competition aimed to distinguish the best diploma theses – master's theses, touching on the subject of broadly understood common spaces. The prizes were awarded in two categories – design and theoretical.
In the category of design work:
The Main Prize was awarded to Julia Wild for her work entitled “Krainy Kresów. A project which shows that much more attention should be paid to the invisible.”

A distinction was awarded to Patrycja Baran for her work entitled “Potok Trzebyczka. Shaping the Blue-Green Infrastructure.”

In the category of theoretical work:
A distinction was awarded to Agata Goleśna for her work entitled "Using the idea of ​​neurourbanism to improve the quality of life in the built environment and reduce urban stress."
