In August 2024, the PLANET EARTH MODEL project was completed - a prototype large-scale 3D print of a globe model. The project was carried out in agreement with the Waste Management Company in Gliwice at the Ecological Education Center in Gliwice at Rybnicka Street. The aim of the project was to print a prototype of a large-scale globe model with a diameter of 2 meters. The parametrically generated model consists of several hundred elements, including proprietary 3D printed connectors. The experimental nature of the project did not allow for the implementation of all project goals, but the model was partially completed. On this occasion, a utility model was submitted to the Polish Patent Office and further strength tests are planned in agreement with the Faculty of Construction, regardless of the completed NB contract.
