Due to the dynamic activity of Gallery X (ZPAP and WA PŚ), and regular prestigious exhibitions, the Faculty Collection of works of contemporary art is enriched. After an exhibition, artists usually leave one selected work. The paintings are presented on the walls in the large hall X. After a year of operation, the collection already includes several oil paintings, graphics and unique signed posters. A significant number of paintings are the result of the last international exhibition on the occasion of World Art Day.
“I am glad that artists are willing to donate paintings to the Collection. The collection now has significant value, which after a few years may constitute a unique, unique, valuable collective collection. Being not only an important souvenir but also a cross-section of the work of contemporary Polish and foreign artists. I support this idea with great satisfaction and commitment. I personally provided a graphic with a special dedication by Wojciech Siudmak for our students and a signed, limited poster of the outstanding Polish film poster artist Andrzej Pągowski. During lectures, students can experience art, learn about artists and learn about various artistic techniques and techniques. The guardian and curator of Collection X is its originator, Dr. Krzysztof Groń.
