The first habilitation defense in the history of the Faculty.
On February 1, our Faculty hosted the first habilitation defense of Doctor Małgorzata Balcer-Zgraja in the history of the Faculty. The colloquium was held in a hybrid mode. In Room 101, apart from the Habilitation Candidate and the Committee, there were also observers, Dean Prof. PŚ Klaudiusz Fross and Faculty Professors.
This is a great moment in the history of our Faculty, we have been waiting for this day for 50 years. Category A obtained for the second time enabled us to conduct habilitation proceedings. This is a great opportunity for further habilitations and accelerated scientific development. I am proud that I could contribute to this success.
