Office work ergonomics testing station
In the Hall Gallery of the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology there is a research and educational "Office work ergonomics testing station". The stand is located on artificial grass and consists of 2 tables with electric height adjustment and 2 armchairs (including one ergonomic one with the possibility of all adjustments and adjustments). Tables/desks are used for office work while sitting or standing. You can individually adjust their height to the nature of your work and your own body parameters.
The stand was organized as part of the activities of PTErg o/Śląski. There is an important slogan on the boards: "Knowledge of ergonomics as health prevention." When adjusting the height of the countertop, you can read the correct height for us. This is the kind of desk we should use every day. The stand is eagerly used by students. I also encourage you to test standing work.
