Access to university by public transport
Guests visiting the Faculty of Transport and Aviation Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology located in the building at 8 Krasinskiego Street in downtown Katowice, we encourage you to use public transport to move around the downtown area. It is an attractive solution both for guests coming to Katowice by car, train and coach. The city of Katowice has the appropriate infrastructure, stations and interchanges, including the Park and Ride terminals, which ensure a comfortable transfer. Efficiently operating tram transport in the city center and the Park and Ride terminal system is an alternative and a response to the problems related to the availability of parking space and congestion in the city center of Katowice.
