Recruitment for the Civil Service Training Program at the National School of Public Administration (KSAP)

Dear Students / Graduates,

From April 28 to August 18, 2025, recruitment is open for the new edition of the full-time training program at KSAP, aimed at graduates of all master’s degree programs who wish to pursue a career in public service.

The program includes 18 months of applied training, two domestic internships, one international internship, and intensive courses designed to develop leadership, analytical, and management skills. Each participant receives a monthly scholarship of PLN 4,900 gross, accommodation opportunities in Warsaw, and a guaranteed position in public administration upon completion of the training.
