During the 32nd International Conference on Engineering Mechanics 2026, held May 11–13, 2026, at the Medlov Hotel in the Czech Republic, Dr Eng Anna Skorupa won first place in the competition for the best poster in the open age category, presenting a paper titled: “Modeling Mass Transfer During Cryopreservation in a Biological Sample Treated as a Homogeneous and Porous Material With Uncertain Parameters”. The co-author of the paper is Prof. Alicja Piasecka-Belkhayat.
